Unless there is a file that I need to delete, but it is frustrating. I don’t really want to have to start uninstalling and re-installing applications because Microsoft couldn’t be bothered to do thorough testing before releasing the product, I would rather they just provide an update and fix for this issue. This is not the only issue I have, since upgrading to Windows 10, my mouse pad has a second lag every time I click on anything.

I click on it, and it didn’t give me an error screen, just the normal desktop screen.
So I tried doing the Programs and changing it, and that didn’t work.

I have just installed the new windows 10 not demo and now I can not use any of my office programs. They open for a few seconds then shut down. I have alot of important work on these applications and need to get to them asap.
Also I can not find the programs easily , only Word is on the desk top as short cut as before. Powerpoint and Excel are not readily accessible they were not on the desktop.
Unfortunately I am not a computer savy person and I can not tell you much more or do alot myself. I am running it on my Vaio laptop with intel i5. I think I had been running windows 7 but am not even sure of that!

I checked the compatibility list and it’s listed in there. I use Publisher all the time and find it very frustrating that I can’t save a new file or open any of my old working files.
